Does BoxRate replace my carrier accounts?
No. BoxRate connects to your existing carrier accounts so you can use the rates and relationships you already have.
Does the software work without internet access?
The application runs locally, but live rate, address and tracking requests require internet access to the carrier APIs.
Where are my carrier credentials stored?
Your credentials are stored in your BoxRate environment rather than on a shared BoxRate application host.
What is the difference between Standalone and Network editions?
Standalone is designed for one Windows workstation. Network provides a central installation for approved users on your office network.
Do the introductory prices require a monthly subscription?
No. The launch prices shown are one-time license prices. Optional annual maintenance begins after the first year.
Can BoxRate import marketplace orders and create labels?
